The CEO of the cryptocurrency exchange FTX, Sam Bankman-Fried, has posted on Twitter that the organization has joined hands with the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE). The collaboration aims to raise an amount of USD 10,000,000 to supply essential things to the Ukrainian residents.
Since the Russian invasion, Ukraine has been receiving help in donations worldwide. The country also started accepting donations in Bitcoin, and there has been a surge ever since. Last week, Ukraine received $3 million in a single bitcoin donation. Elliptic shared a report that within 2 hours, a Kyiv-based NGO raised a fund worth $400,000.
KSE, along with several Ukrainian organizations and state-owned companies, is launching a campaign for humanitarian aid.
Donators can raise their support via Card payment, Bank Transfer, and crypto. KSE will be accepting a number of digital currencies as donations, including BTC, USDT, SOL, LTC, ETH, AVAX, and TRON.
