APR Resets and How Do They Work?
The concept was first introduced by Swift Finance, an yield farm that was able to sustain a solid longer-term growth.
There are 3 native farms: Vive- FTM, Vive-USDC and Vive single staking. These 3 farms will be running indefinitely.
At the same time there will be up to 8 non-native farms/ pools which would have a deposit fee and would have a reset every week. It may be longer, depending on the popularity/ community/ growth.
For example, USDC pool at 4% deposit fee will run for 7 days. It may take longer, depending on the popularity/ community/ growth. After that, all USDC deposits will be left for users to withdraw or forced withdrawn back to users.
Every week as the amounts deposited in non-native tokens reset, there will be a fresh inflow of deposit fees.
The resets will provide a high APR to non-native token holders and help native token holders gain higher returns.This should result in a steady price and a growth of the project as a whole.
