My Neighbor Alice game will be officially released in 2022. Let’s review key milestones and successes of 2021, while also looking ahead at the upcoming mainnet launch.
ALICE token Introduction and Market Adoption
The ALICE token was introduced in March of 2021 on Binance. It has achieved a widespread market adoption in a very short time. ALICE token is currently listed on multiple major exchanges, including Binance, FTX, Crypto.com, Gate.io, KuCoin, PancakeSwap, and enjoys consistently high trading volumes.
ALICE has also been included in several promotions on Binance in 2021, which is a testament to the strong business relationship between My Neighbor Alice and the exchange. ALICE developers intend to continue down this path and take every opportunity to gain additional exposure for the ALICE token.
Land Sales
My Neighbor Alice held three successful land sales in 2021, establishing the very first proud owners of land in Lummelunda! The first sale was for Nature’s Rest, the second sale was for Shaded Headland, and the third sale was for Rusty Pikes.
Nature´s Rest
Nature’s Rest is a game’s region with dense forest and lush vegetation. Glowing lights fall from the trees and create a moody atmosphere. Nature’s rest also happens to be Alice’s Bear birthplace. First-ever Land Sale Lotterybased on Binance Smart Chainfor the Nature’s Rest successfully concluded on June 12, 2021.
Shaded Headland
Shaded Headland is a region of Nature’s Rest. Second-ever Land Sale Lotterybased on Binance Smart Chain for the game’s region known as Shaded Headland concluded on August 12, 2021.
Rusty Pikes
The Rusty Pikes is a region of Medieval Plains. My Neighbor Alice´s 3rd Land Sale Lottery was held on the island of Medieval Plains where users had the opportunity to buy land in the Rusty Pike region.

NFT Events
My Neighbor Alice takes the opportunity in each season to make cool collectibles and items that will eventually be usable in game. MNA held a few NFT sales — Midsummer (Summer), Fall Harvest Party (Fall), Fright Night on Alice’s Farm (Hallowe’en) and upcoming Winter NFT sale (stay tuned for more details). My Neighbor Alice is planning to hold more fun events in 2022, so keep an eye out for details.
Alpha Play Testing
Throughout the month of September, MNA team invited a limited number of players to assist in the pre-alpha demo test. The demo phase was a success, and MNA received tons of valuable feedback that is being used in the continued development. You can watch footage of the demo here.

The Mysterious Seed Mini Game
2021 also saw the release of our Alice’s Mysterious Seed mini-game, where players can nurture seeds acquired during our seasonal seed sales into fruits which will be usable items in the final version of the game. MNA has recently integrated the ability for players to transfer their seeds acquired on Binance Smart Chain over to our Chromia sidechain. You can read more about this process here. This technical milestone is an important piece of the puzzle on MNA journey towards the mainnet launch version coming in 2022.
The Metaverse Grant Program
In November, MNA launched the Metaverse Grant Program in cooperation with Chromia and Mines of Dalarnia. The purpose of the program is to expand and enrich the gaming universe surrounding the MNA world. Grants will be available for developers building add-ons and utilities for the game itself, but also for teams looking to design standalone games that can interact with the world of Lummelunda. MNA anticipates that the program will bring its first results in 2022.
In Game Economy Model in Place, Full Speed Ahead!
Through the combination of careful planning, land sales, NFT sales, and alpha playetest, MNA has arrived at a fully realized and executable vision of the in-game economy of Lummelunda. MNA is placing a priority on creating an inclusive and flexible gameplay experience that will allow players of all skill levels and economic backgrounds to carve out a niche in our Play-to-Earn world.
